Every year I post about the Serpentine Summer Party because London's most stylish tend to attend in droves blending summer vibes with a bohemian, arty feel. Hosted by Burberry, the party was packed with celebrities and uber-cool Yorkshireman Christopher Bailey also made an appearance.
The Duchess of Cambridge lands in Canada with Prince William wearing Erdem A/W 11. This beautiful lace dress is an excellent choice given that Erdem is a Canadian designer. I'm also admiring her nude patent courts...they look like Louboutins...although I can confirm they are LK Bennett.
Already sold out in taupe and black, I adore these Topshop ankle boots...versatile they'd go with anything from shorts to skinnies and, having tried them on, I can attest that they are really very comfortable! You can buy them here for £75!

I have taken these beautiful snapshots of Paris from Karla's Closet as I'm having a nostalgic week, reminiscing about my year last year living in this beautiful city. Also I am going back at the end of August for a special weekend and I cannot wait! There seems to be a lot going on in Paris over bank holiday weekend despite that August is the month where all Parisians leave the city for the sunny Cote d'Azur.
I have found a James Blake (my absolute favourite) gig at Social Club, Shakespeare and Moliere plays in the Bois de Boulogne, the amazing Kate Moss expo at Musée des Arts Décoratifs (my no.1 Paris museum convenieantly located on Rue de Rivoli), an interesting Paris-Delhi-Bombay expo at Centre Pompidou, a Notting Hill-style carnival and much more. Excited doesn't describe it!
I really want some preppy loafers, I'm debating between black patent and this burgundy colour by Tommy Hilfiger. They look fresh with a crisp shirt and cropped trousers or shorts for a laid back preppy look. Definitely going to be big this AW11.

This was my end of year Ball dress, the one I posted not long ago, which I snapped up in H&M for £15 in the sale! I cinched it in with an Accessorize belt, £8, Topshop earrings, £7.50, a Topshop necklace and an old Topshop gold clutch.
It was an amazing evening with a Rule Britannia theme including personalised minis, Wimbledon room, coconut shy, brass band and much more.
