New In: Zara - Cadillac blues and crystal candy flats
I was seriously impressed on a visit to Zara today. They have some gorgeous new spring/summer pieces that tap into SS12 trends and are easily incorporated in to a working and weekend wardobe...
Cadillac blue sandals, perfect with flirty 50s candy coloured skirts...

Prada SS12 Cadillac blue shoes
Lace skirt with nude underlay, perfect for summer barbecues...
The Zara 'It' Tote now comes in almond cream...the shade I've been hoping for in my favourite bag style!
Vuitton-style embellishment on this cute 50s-style sleeveless shirt...
Crystal candy flats worthy of the red carpet...

It is rare that I go into French Connection, but I found this fantastic jumper there yesterday. A great investment buy, to go with skirts, printed trousers - Spring through to Winter...

Red spot shorts
How gorgeous are these H&M shorts? With a grey tee (like this American Apparel one) and converse they would look great! £24.99 on H&M!

Daydreams
I've posted photos from Late Afternoon before. I adore her style and had to post these pics, how Spring-summery they are! The khaki palazzo pants are amazing!

Tomato pop
I love this girl's simple outfit. Think I tried that scarf on in Zara in New York, it's an amazing strong colour and looks really good with an otherwise quite bleak outfit. I have an amazing vintage full length pleated skirt maxi dress in this colour from Freep'Star in Paris, it's the most amazing vintage shop! If you ever go, do check it out. It's beautiful quite Halston-heritage style (like the one Carrie Bradshaw wore in SATC2) but is such a not-me-colour! I'm building up the courage to wear it with a tan post-exams. I think it's from the 70s and has a cute little waist belt. Will try and post a photo if I get one when I'm wearing it.

After the success of the Jovonna nude pleated maxi skirt, they have brought it out in blue and pink, £65 from Pret-a-Portobello!

Effortless chic from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. J'adore. That bag (I'm guessing it's an Alexander Wang) is gorgeous. I've been eyeing up a similar-coloured mini Mulberry Bayswater in the window of a shop here in Durham called Van Mildert. It's such a great colour and I really like the rose-gold metal detailing, which looks really beautiful for summer.

Moving into Summer
Not feeling overly inspired today, my head is clogged with revision, but here is a cool season-transitional look. I'm a huge fan of mixing khaki, black and cream and this girl does it well, adding a bit of leather to play with texture.

Late Afternoon
How beautiful is this outfit from Late Afternoon? I love every item, those shoes are so wearable and would go with everything. I really like the zingy clutch on a base of nudes.
