I find it fascinating how her style is so quintessentially British (think Barbour jackets, brogues, skinnies and wooly jumpers) despite her Spanish heritage. This lipstick comes in 12 different catwalk-worthy shades and instantly updates a natural face of make-up. On offer currently in Boots, I'm tempted to get them all! My favourite is Plum, the fifth one.

Make like you've just gorged on a handful of raspberries and blackberries and paint your lips in a shade of berry. It doesn't matter which, as long as it has purple undertones. 

The best colour to choose is one to two colours darker than natural lip colour according to Bobbi Brown, prestigious make-up artist.

Chloé used berry stained lips to accompany their A/W 2008 catwalk and it's come full circle.

And Dior did berry, vampire-bitten lips this A/W 2010.

Liberty of London.

For the first time I went into Liberty of London and was amazed by what I saw. It's a gorgeous, eclectic combination of art, fashion and homeware. A haven of creativity. Will definitely be making a trip back and also to Carnaby street with the delightful little Kingly Court, which is littered with vintage shops and haberdashers.

Coco Sumner, daughter of Sting, goes by the name of I BLAME COCO. Rich and deep vocals that are reminiscent of her father, she's a punky, poppy 19-year-old. One to watch, she's already duetted with Robyn and performed live on stage with Plan B, Pete Doherty and Mr Hudson.
