In mid-December I set off for a short trip to Prague, a city I visited many years ago. I remembered sights like Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Old Town Square but hoped to find some new gems this time.

I also came across an amazing spot for lunch in the Old Town.
Sisters is a Czech-Scandi fusion restaurant on Dlouha serving open sandwiches - beetroot/goats cheese, ham and egg, chilli/feta. They also have a range of warming soups and cater to all allergies.
